We attempt to answer complaints substantively within two working days after receipt. If a complaint requires a longer processing time, then a confirmation of receipt is given within the period of two working days and an indication of when you can expect a more detailed answer.
We take every complaint seriously and strive to find a suitable solution. If your complaint cannot be solved in joint consultation, then you may submit the dispute to the disputes committee through the ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/).
