You receive some free coins upon your first registration. You can purchase extra coins through our website. Before you make a purchase, the price is clearly shown including VAT and any additional costs. Coins are valid for an unlimited period until they are used, but if you delete your account, then all still unused coins expire without being eligible for a refund.

To put your profile in the spotlights, you can purchase spotlights. Your profile will then be shown in the overview more often and you may then get up to 15x more likes. Spotlights are valid for an unlimited period until these are used, but if you delete your account, all still unused spotlights expire without being eligible for a refund.

You can also conclude a premium subscription through this website. With a premium subscription you have unlimited swiping, can see photos of profiles, see members in the neighbourhood, see who has liked you and reverse dislikes.

We are always entitled to change the prices of coins, spotlights and premium subscriptions without prior notification. However, price changes do not affect transactions and subscriptions already effected.
You may withdraw a transaction pertaining to coin packages, spotlights or a premium subscription without giving any reason up to 14 days after its formation. To the extent that a purchased coin package or spotlight is used within the referred to reflection period, the right of dissolution lapses. You are therefore only eligible for a refund of coins or spotlights purchased by you and not yet used. In the event that a subscription is withdrawn by you, you owe us an amount proportional to the already enjoyed duration of the subscription.
You may make use of the referred to right of withdrawal by submitting a request for withdrawal by email (refund@mailerguard.com) or by means of the model form. As soon as we have been notified of your intention to dissolve the transaction, we will confirm the dissolution to you by email as soon as possible. Refund takes place within 14 days after dissolution of the transaction, by means of the same payment method as you paid initially.
